The Founder
Caryze founder, JP Silva, is more than an automotive enthusiast — he is a seasoned professional and visionary leader with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and over 15 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry.
His career began humbly as a tire technician and steadily advanced through every stage of the customer and vehicle care journey — from diagnostic technician to service advisor, parts manager, dealership manager, and ultimately body shop manager. This progression gave him a 360° understanding of vehicles, operations, and customer expectations.
JP holds prestigious I-CAR Platinum Certifications in multiple disciplines and is a Licensed Massachusetts Auto Appraiser, credentials that reflect both his technical mastery and his dedication to quality and safety.
Continuing his pursuit of excellence, JP is completing advanced certifications with 3M™ and Avery Dennison in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Vehicle Color Change Wraps, and Automotive Window Film. These globally recognized programs ensure that Caryze meets — and exceeds — the highest standards of precision, durability, and innovation.
